Some dates for your diary : -

On Tuesday 1st March we have the third round of the Photographer of the Year competition, subject “Generation Gap”. The date for submitting digital files is already past. Prints and transparencies can be brought on the night but do get there in good time, we may not be able to accept entries at the last minute.

1st March is also the last date for your entries for the EAF Exhibition - see previous Blog posts for details.

On Tuesday 8th March there may be a change of programme. We hope that the postponed visit by Sean Smith, Guardian war photographer, will take place. However, as before, this depends on his work commitments. If Sean is with us then there will be no group meetings on this date.

8th March is also the last date to hand in entries for our annual A/V Competition.

Meeting on 15/2/11 - Sean Smith

We have now heard that Sean Smith will not be able to be with us on the 15th (he has been covering the events in Egypt), so instead we will show the London Salon of Photography presentation of their last exhibition. You can expect to see some striking and creative images.

Sean has agreed to sort out another date for his visit to NDPS - he will get to us eventually!
