Clare takes over from Andy as Secretary. Bryan C. takes over from Simone as Treasurer. There are some vacancies, notably for an Exhibition Secretary as Rudi will stand down after the 2011 Exhibition. More details later. The Treasurer's Report will be put on the Forum in the Members' Area in a few days. There was a debate on the rules of the Photographer of the Year competition which will lead to a few minor changes.
